In the workshop, we mutually reinforce the resources of self-esteem and self-confidence. We heighten the awareness for your physical presence and body language. Experience new personal avenues of action and acquire them through practice.

Learn how to develop strategies for positive self-control and how to selectively employ them as a means for success in management.
At the same time, specific female competencies such as intuition, sensitive awareness or the ability of absorbing a multitude of impulses are turned into effective action.

Development of management teams

Team development in international life science and pharmaceutical research

Speed and quality are key factors in the management of international research and development teams. During competition for the best targets, molecules and formulations for relevant indicators, only the teams that have a great willingness for cooperation, continual flow of information and high performance are able to assert themselves against their competitors, during international projects also.

At the same time, orienting the roles to the strategic project goals is just as important as active communication and information management within the team. Excellent moderation of decision-making processes and international work meetings along with the willingness of each individual team member, providing the highest work quality to others and sharing research findings are the basis of the mutual team success.

That demands mutual understanding at a high degree of trust during intercultural collaboration.

Using a reflective and comprehensive process of international team development, these typical problem formulations are worked out and transferred into a functioning performance development. Based on many years of consultancy experience, I offer the processes illustrated below especially for teams in the research sector.

Jürgen Lehmann

Jürgen Alexander Lehmann, born in 1968, is coach and senior consultant for strategy development and change management.

He is founder of Lehmann.Partner. Strategy and carrier consulting plus the Xploy consultants group for organizational development.

Following studies in social education, training in psychology and comprehensive training as a human resources and organization developer, he started his career as a project manager for team development and change management in a consulting company specializing in small and midsized businesses.

He then switched to a renowned consulting company for management, human resources and organization.

He became a member of the management board there. After a further change he led a consulting company specialized in change management for over five years.

Based on his many years of consulting experience Jürgen Lehmann supports small and midsized businesses, conglomerates and energy providers in innovations involving strategy, organizational development and human resources.

In addition, he obtains mandates from managers in private enterprises.

 

Birgit Beutel

Birgit Beutel, born in 1962, has been a self-employed trainer, consultant and coach since 1999. Her main areas of focus are:

  • Systematic consulting of individuals and organizations in change processes
  • Systematic coaching of managers
  • Training courses on leadership, behavior, communication, moderation, stress and time management

After studying health education with special emphasis on integrated teaching and learning, she gained professional and leadership experience for fifteen years in various areas of responsibility in sales and medicine.
